GM Finders Fee

If a new GM contacts the commish and says he was referred by a current GM, that GM gets $200 upon the completion of the new GM's second full season. For example, if a new GM begins in the middle of the 2023 season, the award money will be given after the completion of the 2025 season. Only 1 GM can be listed as a referral, preferably the first one who told the prospective GM about the league.
