Attendance Money
Attendance is semi-automated.
Go to the Checkins page ( http://forums.ssbabasketball.com/ssba_pages/checkin.php ). Select the year you currently want to edit in the dropdown (it defaults to the CURRENT year). For each sim that isn't finished, click the E next to the sim. Click on the checkbox under "Made it?" for each GM that made it. If the check box is not checked, then the GM missed it, and select the drop down box to select why he missed it. Vacations will be counted as a made check-in.
You can then go back and edit a GM's status by clicking on the link in their row.
This happens for both regular season and offseason. For the offseason, the only thing we check are resigning, the first round of the draft, and the first day of free agency.
On the bottom of the GM check-in page, there are two links. "Submit Regular Season Attendance" and "Submit Offseason Attendance". Clicking on those links will award GM's for their attendance, both their DC $ ($10 for each made sim) and their Perfect Attendance award, if applicable.
Bonuses
Go to the team bank page ( http://forums.ssbabasketball.com/ssba_pages/bank.php ), click Administration at the top. For this you're just going to select the correct award in the "Type" dropdown box, as well as the right team (Receiving GM). Leave Amt and Link plank, and they're public. The following need to be added:
- Improve5 (Improve by 5 wins over previous year)
- Improve10 (10 wins)
- Improve15 (15 wins)
- Improve Most (Improve the most, in terms of wins, of any team in the league)
- Improve Playoffs (Make the playoffs this year where you didn't last year).
Don't worry about the amount, as it will insert the correct amount based on the award selected.
Unfortunately there's no fully automated way of doing this. Usually what I do is go to http://files.ssbabasketball.com , select the end of year standings from the previous year, throw all that data into a spreadsheet, then select the end of year standings from this year, get the win differential, then sort.
