What
The money system will allow a commish to accumulate (and use) SSBA $ to perform various functions, including finding a players potential, reducing and extending contracts, other various functions
Why
This was something I always liked in Celtics league, but I didn't want it based off of the quality of your team or the quality of your players, because it can help the "rich get richer" mentality. I also didn't want to promote articles, and be in a position of "grading" a GM's contribution in that way.
What I did want is to promote activity and improvement. An active GM is going to get substantially more $ than an inactive GM. And team's who improve from the prior season are going to be rewarded.
The purpose of including to reveal true potential is to help mitigate some of the risks of the draft.
Differences between this $ system and DJSL (for those in both leagues):
- There is no being rewarded for articles, player achievements or team achievements (except improvement)
- There is added award money for teams that improve from the prior season
- You CAN find out the true potential of any player in the league, a player in the draft, on your team, in free agency, or on another team. Teams in the NBA can spend money to scout a draftee, scout a free agent, or scout someone else on another team.

Miscellaneous
If a new GM joins up in midseason, he only has to get perfect attendance for the time he's GM. Think of it as a "newby bonus". GM's will inherit the bank of the prior GM's.
For the postseason attendance, what I will be concentrating on is the following:
- Re-signing offers
- 1st round of the draft
- Day 1 of Free Agency
Make those 3 days and it will be an easy bonus.
